Shipping and Returns
$15 Express Australian Shipping
Any item ordered from Beez Neez Boutique will be processed and shipped from our store as promptly as possible. We offer $15 AUD flat rate Express Shipping via Australia Post trackable satchel, and depending on your location you should receive your parcel within 2-5 working days.
Once dispatched we regret that we are unable to redirect orders nor can we book delivery for specific times. If you aren't home when your order arrives it will be left in a safe location or returned to your local Australia Post Office, where you will be able to collect with identification and a card left by the Australia Post delivery driver. May we recommend selecting your shipping address as a work address, where possible, to ensure your parcel is signed for. No responsibility will be taken for orders after delivery confirmation.
We strive to have a perfectly up to date website, however, in the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will refund you the entire amount as promptly as possible and would be happy to offer you free postage on your next purchase.
We offer shipping to New Zealand ($30) and the rest of the world ($50) via our online store. Parcels are sent via standard Australia Post satchel (with a tracking number) and usually require 6-10 working days to arrive at the destination. This Returns policy is only available to orders purchased on our Online Boutique.
We know that when you purchase something online, you need to try it on at home and make sure it fits you perfectly. Although we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, we do, however, offer the option to exchange or refund on full price items if your purchased item does not fit you.
We regret that NO Returns will be accepted for SALE items.
Further to our policy your item/s must meet the below criteria for return
-Items must be returned within 7 days of the recieved date, with the receipt enclosed as proof of purchase.
-You have notified us of your intent to return via EMAIL within 3 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange, please provide details of the size/ style/ colour etc you wish to exchange for and we will endeavour to fulfil your request.
-You are responsible for the costs of returning the item to us. We suggest returning your item/s via and Express Post satchel from Australia Post, which can be tracked and is the fastest option.
-Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached. Any items which are considered to be "used" will be returned back to you and we will be unable to refund your money. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store.
- A refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
